BEHIND EVERY PROJECT IS A TEAM
Every project at LSW starts with people.
Designers and BIM operators develop drawings and layouts. Engineers review systems for safety, efficiency, and code compliance. We coordinate with architects, contractors, and owners to make sure projects are designed thoughtfully and built the right way, from municipal renovations to large scale aviation facilities like Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
At LSW, you are part of the team from day one, working alongside engineers, designers, and industry partners to help deliver real projects.
Our work primarily falls within two markets: Advanced Technology and Core.
ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY
Advanced Technology projects are some of the most complex and fast paced work we do.
This includes semiconductor facilities, and mission critical environments. These projects require precise systems, continuous operation, and the ability to adapt quickly in demanding environments.
You will work on large, highly detailed projects where performance matters at every level and timelines move quickly.
CORE
Core projects focus on the buildings people use every day.
This includes schools, hospitals, airports, civic buildings, and public safety facilities. These projects span a wide range of building types and systems, with a direct connection to the communities they serve.
You will gain exposure to a variety of projects while seeing how different systems come together to support how buildings function.
