Phase One

The initial phase of the East Valley Institute of Technology East Campus consists of two main multi-story buildings with a central plant facility designed to serve the total build-out of this satellite campus. Each of the two buildings house aviation, a medical technology suite; nursing assisting, and multiple areas for future technologies.

The design functionally orients the academy toward a central axis that doubles as a large student and faculty gathering area complete with limited catering capability. This space is utilized for social and networking functions hosted by the school for its industry partners to be able to interface with the students.
