The scope of this project was a complete renovation of the 160,000 SF Passenger Level of Terminal 4 to create an updated experience for passengers and to develop new Food & Beverage and Retail spaces. The challenge on this project was to design the M/P/E/F systems so that it could be constructed in phases to maintain the operations of a functioning airport with minimal disruption to the passengers. LSW also worked with PSHIA to establish the Tenant Criteria for the new Food & Beverage and Retail spaces including the design to provide the M/P/E/F utilities for the tenant build-out.
