The therapy building is a 4-story clinic and researching facility consisting of offices, exam rooms, and lab spaces. It is utilized for academic purposes and public services.
The lab spaces located in the lower level include a vivarium, animal surgical areas, and equipment/instrument sterilization. The types of exam rooms include pediatric exams, vision, and occupational and physical therapy. The physical therapy program includes a CAREN lab which is a virtual reality physical therapy system that includes a rotating treadmill that allows six degrees of freedom and a 180-degree screen for rehabilitation of human movement and balance.
