GYM RENOVATION AT MILLENIUM HIGH SCHOOL

LSW took charge of the mechanical, plumbing, and electrical engineering aspects for a new high school gymnasium and a fine arts renovation project. Beyond that, they delved into an assessment of the existing central plant and formulated a master plan for the entire campus. The gymnasium boasted three full-size basketball courts, one designated as a competition court featuring top-notch sports lighting fit for television broadcasts.

Complemented by cross courts, bleachers, a wrestling room, and amenities like restrooms, lobby, and concessions, it became a hub of activity. Meanwhile, the fine arts renovation received a revamp in HVAC systems, plumbing, lighting, and power setups, ensuring a conducive environment for creative pursuits.
