PHOENIX SKY HARBOR INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TERMINAL 3 MODERNIZATION

After 40 years, Terminal 3 needed a refresh to help travelers efficiently traverse the terminal. As the terminal’s original engineers in 1979, LSW was selected to design MEP systems because of our deep knowledge and design documentation.

The project includes expanded screening and checkpoint areas, an additional ticket counter, and additional baggage claim carousels. The new escalators and elevators improve passenger circulation and the new vibrant food concessions and retail improve the traveler’s experience The expanded passenger drop-off, pickup, and rideshare areas improve traffic.
