OSBORN NEUROSCIENCE INSTITUTE AT HONORHEALTH OSBORN MEDICAL CENTER

HonorHealth Osborn Medical Center needed space to create a new Neuroscience Institute and their existing buildings did not have sufficient space.

LSW and the integrated project delivery team designed a new five-story medical office building that included underbuilding parking and a cantilevered structure to optimize site use. The site was also planned out with a future generator for the shelled ambulatory surgical center space on the third floor. The finished building includes a multi-specialty clinic, an imaging tenant, infusion services, a pharmacy, lab spaces, therapy spaces, and a gym.
