LSW spearheaded the engineering efforts for a captivating project: a 12,000-square-foot ambulatory surgery center tenant improvement. With precision and innovation, they crafted spaces that housed three bustling operating rooms, eight bays for Pre-Op/PACU, and an array of exam and aestheticians rooms within the attached clinic. T

he challenge was met head-on as they orchestrated the installation of a new electrical service, complete with a dedicated electrical room for transfer switches and panels, alongside the implementation of a vital emergency generator. Atop the structure, a new AHU for the operating rooms took its place, ensuring optimal conditions for critical procedures.
