LSW was retained to provide engineering for a new Total Vascular Care office-based lab into a space not originally designed for surgery applications. The existing electrical and mechanical systems were insufficient for the new use.
The team added new electrical systems and a new ground-mounted air handling unit dedicated to the surgery spaces for correct temperature and humidity control. The result was an office-based lab with two operating rooms in an approximately 10,000 SF space located on the ground level of a two-story medical office building in Peoria, AZ.
